Hobie Eyewear offers Free USPS Ground Shipping to orders placed within the continental U.S. Please allow 5-7 business days transit once your order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping options (subject to additional surcharges) are available for speedier delivery. We work with shipping carriers to provide our customers with safe & secure services, however Hobie® Eyewear and Eyeking, LLC are not responsible for lost/stolen packages with proof of delivery.
Shipping Policy:
You will have the ability to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Orders placed by 12pm EST on business days will usually ship the same day, but please allow 24 - 48 business hours for your order to be processed before it ships and 7 business days for delivery (depending on the selected shipping method). Expedited shipping options (subject to additional surcharges) are available at checkout for speedier delivery.
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed from our warehouse. Free 30-Day Returns
Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, for your convenience you will find a pre-paid Return Authorization label enclosed with your order. Follow these simples steps to begin the process and we will take care of the rest!
1. Select reason for item return, then include packing slip in your shipment back to us.
2. All return items must be in new and unused condition, and postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns that are sent with any missing components (hard case, etc.) will be subject to additional fees.
3. Most orders receive a pre-paid return label enclosed with shipment. If your label is missing, please email us at returns@hobieeyewear.com.
4. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Refund policy applies to orders placed on HobieEyewear.com ONLY. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment usually within 5-7 business days of receiving the return. You will receive an email as soon as the return is processed. Please allow 48-hours for funds to be posted to your original method of payment.
