We offer Free USPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders. Please allow up to 5-7 business days once order has been processed.
Can I expedite my order shipment?
Expedited shipping options (subject to additional surcharges) are available at checkout for speedier delivery.

Online orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours before shipping.

My lenses are scratched! What are my options?
We don't currently offer replacement lenses, but we can help you out! Please reach out to our customer service team ASAP so we can make you smile once again.
Can I warranty my prescription lenses?
Unfortunately, we do not cover prescription eyewear under our Lifetime Warranty. However, if you reach out to our customer service team, they will be happy to give you alternatives.
How so I send in a warranty claim product to Hobie?

I already own Hobies, can I put an Rx lens in them?
Yes, you have a few options!
Can I return my prescription lenses?
Prescription lenses are unable to be returned directly with Hobie Eyewear. Please consult the original lab from where you purchased the lenses.

What is a polarized lens?
A special lens filter that minimizes glare from reflective surfaces like the water.
What are UV rays? Do Hobie sunglasses protect against UV A, B and C rays?
You ALWAYS need protection against harmful UV rays, and Hobie lenses protect you 100%!
Are Hobie lenses ANSI rated?
Yes! All of our sunglass lenses pass ANSI-Z80.3 standard for safety.
How do I choose the right lens tint?
Hobie lenses are developed with specific light conditions and environments in mind. Learn more in our technology section (linked below).
Is there a difference between the HYDROCLEAN PLUS and HYDRO360 coatings?
Both of our advanced coatings fully protect our lenses from dirt, grime, saltwater, and other substances, but only frames with our HYDRO360 lenses have protection on both sides of the lens.
What is the best way to clean my Hobie glasses?

How long do I have to return my order?
We accept returns within a 30 day period from receiving your order.
Can I return Hobies that I bought in a store?
We currently only allow 30-day returns for purchases made on the Hobie Eyewear site, www.hobieeyewear.com

No! Sign-up is free, and it gives you access to early product drops, sales & promotions, as well as plenty of ways to earn points!
Do your points expire?
Yes, after 1 year / 365 days which renews on your anniversary date.
How can I view my points?

How long does it take for points to show up on my account?
Points are accrued immediately after purchase or from actions stated on our loyalty page.
Can I stack my loyalty rewards with promotional codes?
Yes! Loyalty reward redemption codes can be stacked in conjunction with an active website promotion (unless stated in the terms of the promo).
